1.แอปและผู้ดูแล

Techit Optimist YouTube Archive ("แอป") เป็นเครื่องมือส่วนตัวที่ใช้งานจริงแล้ว โดยเจ้าของช่อง YouTube Techit Optimist เพียงคนเดียว เพื่อจัดการช่องของตัวเอง แอปทำงานบนเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ (Mac mini) ของเจ้าของช่อง ไม่มีผู้ใช้ภายนอก ไม่มีการสมัครสมาชิก และไม่ได้ให้บริการแก่บุคคลอื่น

2.การใช้ YouTube API Services

แอปนี้ใช้ YouTube API Services (YouTube Data API v3) และเชื่อมต่อผ่าน Google OAuth ผู้ใช้แอปตกลงปฏิบัติตาม ข้อกำหนดในการให้บริการของ YouTube และข้อมูลที่ Google ประมวลผลอยู่ภายใต้ นโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวของ Google

3.ข้อมูลที่แอปเข้าถึง

แอปไม่เข้าถึงข้อมูลของผู้ชม ความคิดเห็น หรือรายชื่อผู้ติดตาม ไม่กดไลก์ ไม่คอมเมนต์ ไม่กดติดตามแทนใคร และไม่ดึงข้อมูลจากช่องอื่น

4.ข้อมูลเก็บที่ไหน และส่งไปที่ไหนบ้าง

• ในเครื่องของเจ้าของช่อง: ข้อมูลของช่อง (ชื่อคลิป คำอธิบาย เพลย์ลิสต์ สำเนาสำรอง) และโทเคนการเชื่อมต่อ เก็บไว้ในเครื่อง Mac mini ของเจ้าของช่อง
• AI ในเครื่อง: การประมวลผลด้วย AI ส่วนใหญ่ทำในเครื่อง ด้วยโมเดล Qwen ผ่าน Ollama ข้อมูลไม่ออกนอกเครื่อง
• AI ภายนอก (Claude ของ Anthropic): งานบางส่วนส่งทรานสคริปต์และชื่อคลิปของช่องเองไปให้ Claude ช่วยร่างชื่อ คำอธิบาย และช่วงเวลาของคลิป ข้อความที่ส่งเป็นเนื้อหาของช่องเท่านั้น ไม่มีข้อมูลของผู้ชมหรือบุคคลอื่น และไม่ส่งโทเคนการเชื่อมต่อ ข้อมูลที่ส่งไปอยู่ภายใต้ นโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวของ Anthropic
• เครื่องมืออื่นในเครื่อง: Postiz และ n8n รันในเครื่องของเจ้าของช่อง (Docker) ใช้ช่วยจัดคิวงานของช่อง
• Google / YouTube: การอัปโหลดและการแก้ไขส่งไปที่ YouTube ผ่าน YouTube Data API

เราไม่ขาย ไม่แชร์ และไม่ใช้ข้อมูลเพื่อโฆษณา และไม่เปิดเผยข้อมูลแก่บุคคลอื่นนอกจากผู้ให้บริการที่ระบุไว้ข้างต้น

5.ความปลอดภัยของโทเคน

โทเคนการเชื่อมต่อเก็บเป็นไฟล์ในเครื่องของเจ้าของช่อง ไม่ฝังในซอร์สโค้ด ไม่เผยแพร่บนเว็บไซต์ และไม่ส่งให้บริการภายนอก ปัจจุบันยังไม่ได้เก็บไว้ใน macOS Keychain และไม่ได้เข้ารหัสแยก ความปลอดภัยอาศัยการควบคุมเครื่องและบัญชีผู้ใช้ของเจ้าของช่อง หากเปลี่ยนวิธีจัดเก็บ เราจะปรับนโยบายนี้

6.ระยะเวลาเก็บและการลบข้อมูล

ข้อมูลจาก YouTube API เก็บไว้เพื่อทำงานของช่อง และเป็นสำเนาสำรองก่อนแก้ไขแต่ละครั้ง เจ้าของช่องลบข้อมูลเหล่านี้ได้ทุกเมื่อ หากมีคำขอเกี่ยวกับข้อมูลหรือต้องการให้ลบ ติดต่อ LINE @techit

7.การถอนสิทธิ์

ถอนสิทธิ์ที่ให้แอปเข้าถึงบัญชี Google ได้ทุกเมื่อที่ การเชื่อมต่อของบัญชี Google หรือ หน้าการตั้งค่าความปลอดภัยของ Google เมื่อถอนสิทธิ์แล้ว แอปจะเข้าถึงข้อมูลใหม่ไม่ได้ ส่วนสำเนาที่เก็บไว้ในเครื่อง เจ้าของช่องลบได้เองหรือแจ้งตามข้อ 6

8.การใช้ข้อมูลจาก Google API

9.คุกกี้และสถิติผู้เข้าชม

10.การเปลี่ยนแปลงและการติดต่อ

1.The app and its operator

Techit Optimist YouTube Archive ("the app") is a private tool that is in use by one person only: the owner of the YouTube channel Techit Optimist, to manage their own channel. It runs on the owner's own computer (a Mac mini). There are no other users, no sign-up, and it is not offered to anyone else.

2.Use of YouTube API Services

This app uses YouTube API Services (YouTube Data API v3) and connects through Google OAuth. Users of the app agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Data processed by Google is covered by the Google Privacy Policy.

OAuth scopes: youtube and youtube.readonly; youtube.force-ssl is being requested to add subtitles.

3.Data the app accesses

The app accesses only data of the owner's own channel and videos (channel ID UClMmOKAe-acbEZwZYbf7SNA).

The app does not access data about viewers, comments or subscribers. It does not like, comment or subscribe on anyone's behalf, and does not collect data from other channels.

4.Where data is stored and where it goes

• On the owner's computer: channel data (video titles, descriptions, playlists, backups) and the OAuth token are stored on the channel owner's Mac mini.
• Local AI: most AI processing runs on that computer with the Qwen model through Ollama. This data does not leave the computer.
• External AI (Claude by Anthropic): some tasks send transcripts and titles of the channel's own videos to Claude to draft titles, descriptions and chapters. Only the channel's own content is sent, never data about viewers or other people, and never the OAuth token. Data sent is covered by the Anthropic Privacy Policy.
• Other local tools: Postiz and n8n run on the owner's computer (Docker) to queue the channel's tasks.
• Google / YouTube: uploads and edits are sent to YouTube through the YouTube Data API.

We do not sell or share data, and do not use it for advertising. Data is not disclosed to anyone other than the service providers listed above.

5.OAuth token security

The OAuth token is stored as a file on the owner's computer. It is not embedded in source code, not published on any website and not sent to external services. At this time it is not stored in macOS Keychain and not separately encrypted; its protection relies on the owner's control of the computer and user account. If the storage method changes, we will update this policy.

6.Retention and deletion

Data from the YouTube API is kept to run the channel's tasks and as a backup before each change. The owner can delete it at any time. For questions about data or to request deletion, contact LINE @techit.

7.Revoking access

Access to the Google account can be revoked at any time at Google Account connections or the Google security settings page. After revocation the app can no longer access new data. Copies kept on the owner's computer can be deleted by the owner or on request (section 6).

8.Use of Google API data

The app's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

9.Cookies and visitor statistics

The website techitoptimist.com uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits in aggregate, such as pages viewed, referring sites, browser type and country. It uses no cookies, does not collect personally identifiable information and does not track visitors across websites. See Cloudflare Web Analytics and the Cloudflare Privacy Policy. The website has no advertising trackers, and YouTube data is never combined with these statistics.

10.Changes and contact

If the way the app uses data changes, we will update this policy and the "Last updated" date above. Questions about data, revoking access, or deletion requests: LINE @techit.
